  • How to buy a commercial subscription for my Bitrix24 Cloud account?

    For Cloud subscriptions (credit / debit cards, and PayPal):

    1. Select a subscription option on the following page: https://www.bitrix24.com/prices/ or log in to your Bittrix24 account using the account owner credentials (admin user account).
    2. Inside your Bitrix24 account, select a subscription option here: Settings > Subscription > [select subscription option]
    3. If provided, on the Checkout page, apply your discount coupon code.
    4. Proceed with your payment and billing information, select the desired payment method. For EU buyers, please make sure to input your valid VAT ID. When done - click "Pay now".
    5. Upon your payment confirmation, your Bitrix24 account will be activated with the purchased subscription option automatically.

    Wire and check payments are available for Standard or Professional subscriptions for 12-, 24- or 36-month plans only (please contact sales@bitrix24.com for more details).

  • How can I place my order for Bitrix24 Self-hosted version?

    For the Self-hosted version (credit / debit cards, PayPal, and wire payments):

    1. Authorize or create a new user account at https://store.bitrix24.com*
    2. Add the needed items into your Shopping Cart.
    3. Apply your discount coupon code on the Shopping Cart page. Then click the "Checkout" button.
    4. Proceed with your payment and billing information, select the desired payment method. For EU buyers, please make sure to input your valid VAT ID. When done - click "Pay now".
    5. After your payment is confirmed, commercial license keys (or subscription coupons) along with activation instructions will be sent to your email address.

    Payments by checks are also available for our US customers (please contact sales@bitrix24.com for more details)

  • What payment methods are available?

    We accept:

    - Wire payments (only for 6- or 12-month Cloud subscription plans or Self-hosted version)
    - Checks (only for 6- or 12-month Cloud subscription plans or Self-hosted version)

  • Why am I charged with VAT (value added tax)?

    Due to new EU VAT regulations, if you make your purchase as a EU-individual or a EU-company with no valid VAT ID, an additional tax will be applied.

    Because of the latest EU legislation adjustments for 2015, our company is now forced to collect VAT (value added tax) from each purchase made by our EU customers who are individuals and/or a company that has no valid VAT ID. The VAT rate is now based on the buyer's country. Effectively that means that you can buy a Bitrix24 product (commercial license key, subscription option, etc.) as an individual or a business with no valid VAT ID, but you will be charged a bit more now (17%-27% - depending on your current EU location).

    Also, Bitrix Inc. is required to quote the EU VAT number of the customer on the invoice if the customer is a VAT registered business. Please note that in such a case, VAT itself will not be collected.

    If you represent a EU-company which has a valid VAT ID, please use your VAT ID when placing your order. This will ensure that no additional taxes are applied to your purchase.

  • How is Bitrix24 licensed?

    Bitrix24 Cloud version is SaaS, it is rented by our users. It is deployed, hosted and maintained by Bitrix Inc. in the Cloud. You can use your Bitrix24 account with a free subscription, or with a paid plan. Please see our plans and tariffs page.

    Bitrix24 Self-hosted version is licensed on "per-user basis". By default, each commercial license key includes 25 intranet users which can be extended by additional user coupons. It is fully customizable (color schemes, layout, menu items, header, footer, etc.) and provided with the full source code. It can be deployed and hosted by the end-user or by a Bitrix Partners.

  • How much does Bitrix24 cost? What is included with each subscription plan?

    Bitrix24 prices range from free to $199 per month. All subscription plans offer tools for uploading, organizing, and sharing files that range from 5GB to unlimited online storage space. You can also extend your online storage for selected subscription plans, or purchase an additional 12-user pack for your free subscription plan. Please see our plans and tariffs page.

    The Free subscription plan allows you to create up to 12 user accounts, whereas the commercial subscription plans (Standard and Professional) allows you to create and manage an unlimited number of users in your Bitrix24 social intranet.

    There are no limits on the number of tasks and projects you and your colleagues collaborate on in your Bitrix24, however, the commercial subscription plans (Standard and Professional) include additional communication and collaboration tools that are absent in the Free subscription plan.   • Are there any discounts for non-profit / educational organizations?

    Educational, healthcare, and other not-for-profit organizations are eligible for a discount of 15%. To request a discount, please send a scanned copy of a request on company letterhead to sales@bitrix24.com or using the contact form. Indicate the service plan desired, the full name of the organization, and a scan of a document confirming the non-profit status of the organization.

    If your company is eligible, a coupon will be sent to you which can be applied to the purchase in the online payment system. Other discounts may not be applied unless specifically stated. Please note that this discount option is available for 6- or 12-month Cloud subscription plans or Self-hosted version.

  • How can I buy Bitrix24 in my country?

    Feel free to place your order through a certified Bitrix Partner in your area: https://www.bitrix24.com/partners/ Our Partners will be glad to provide you with pre-sale and after-sale support for both the Cloud version, and the Self-hosted version of Bitrix24.

  • Is Bitrix24 Cloud a free service?

    Yes and no. Bitrix24 Cloud is available in three subscriptions plans - Free (no fees), Standard (paid), and Professional (paid). There are no fees - explicit or hidden - when using the Free subscription plan.

    There are no additional or hidden fees for commercial plans, which means there will be no charges above your monthly payments if you use Bitrix24 with Standard or Professional subscription plans.

    There are, however, optional payments for your free or commercial subscription plans (e.g. VOIP / web telephony credits, SIP-connectors, additional online storage). Please see our plans and tariffs page.

  • Is Bitrix24 free only for 30 days? What happens when my 30-day trial expires?

    Bitrix24 Cloud is free, and not just for 30 days! However, when you decide to try out paid features and tools available in Bitrix24, you can activate your 30-day demo version (log in to your Bitrix24 Account, then go to Settings > Subscription > [activate demo]). When the 30-day demo period expires, you can either switch to one of the commercial subscription plans (Standard $99/mo or Professional $199/mo) or continue using your Bitrix24 account with a free subscription for up to 12 users.

    Bitrix24 Self-Hosted version is also available as a free 30-day trial version for installing the product locally or on a remote web server. If you choose to go commercial during the 30-day evaluation period, you can simply purchase a license key and use it to switch your trial product copy to a commercial one. No data will be lost, no time will be wasted for installing the product anew!You can download your Bitrix24 Self-Hosted trial version here.

  • Must I pay to renew my Cloud subscription? What happens if payment isn't made?

    If you plan to extend your Cloud subscription for another 1, 6, or 12 months, you should do so before the end of your current subscription period.

    After your current subscription plan ends, you have a grace period of 15 days to work without limitation. If you do not renew your subscription, then your Bitrix24 account will be rolled back to the free subscription plan, with a 5 GB online storage limit and functionality corresponding to the free plan.

    If the amount of data in your Bitrix24 instance exceeds 5 GB, then after the grace period mentioned above, data will be accessible only for reading and deleting. You will not be able to load new files, tasks, input data into the CRM, or perform other actions until the data is below the 5 GB limit.

    As soon as the amount of data is below 5GB, all the functionality of the free plan will be engaged, and use of the free version can continue indefinitely. Also, the free subscription plan allows you to create and manage up to 12 intranet users. All users exceeding this number will not have access to your Bitrix24 account if used with the free subscription plan.

    If no user authorizes over the course of one month after the 15-day grace period, your Bitrix24 account will be 'archived', and can be opened only by having an administrator (an employee of your company with administrator rights in your Bitrix24 instance) log in.

    If no administrator logs in over the course of another 15 days after the account has been 'archived', the Bitrix24 instance will be deleted.

  • What happens to my Bitrix24 Cloud account if I stop using it?

    Paid plans devolve to the free plan according to the process described above. If an instance of Bitrix24 on a free plan (either converted to a free plan or originally on a free plan) is completely inactive over the course of 30 days, it is 'archived', and it can be retrieved only by an administrator account (yourself or a user in the instance with administrator rights). To retrieve the account, an administrator simply needs to log in.

    If no administrator logs in for another 15 days after the instance has been 'archived', the Bitrix24 instance will be deleted.

  • Why do I need to renew my subscription for my Self-hosted version?

    By default, each commercial license key of Bitrix24 Self-hosted version includes subscription for technical support and product updates for a one-year period. You can renew your technical support and product updates subscription for one additional year for as low as 22% of the current product price. Please note that the Early Renewal option is only available within the next 30 days after your current subscription has expired.

    If you choose not to renew the technical support and product updates subscription, you will not be able to use the Bitrix HelpDesk services as a commercial client, and you will not be able to receive any updates or critical bug-fixes that ensure stable work of your web project.

    If you decide to continue working without an active subscription for technical support and product updates, the Late Renewal option will be available for your any time later (i.e. after 30 days and more from the date your technical support and product update subscription has expired). The Late Renewal option costs 60% of the current product price.

    Renewing your technical support and product updates subscription is not mandatory. However, it allows you to receive product updates and critical bug-fixes.   • What rights to Bitrix24 are granted after purchase?

    When a commercial license key for a Bitrix24 Self-hosted product copy or a subscription plan for Bitrix24 Cloud version is purchased, the buyer receives non-exclusive rights to use the program according to the terms of the license agreement.

    All applicable copyrights belong to Bitrix, Inc. Please also read the Bitrix24 Privacy Policy.

  • How can I upgrade or downgrade my Bitrix24 Cloud Subscription?

    You can upgrade from any subscription plan to any subscription plan at any time.

    To upgrade your Bitrix24, please select one of the options in your Bitrix24 settings. Provided that you have appropriate administrative rights, you can upgrade or downgrade your Bitrix24, please navigate to the left-side menu in your Bitrix24 account > Settings > Subscription > (you should be logged in as the account owner).

    You can also get in touch with a Bitrix24 representative or a Bitrix Partner to have your current subscription plan changed according to your needs.

  • How can I update or change my credit / debit card?

    To update your credit or debit card information, please log in to your Bitrix24 account using the account owner credentials, then proceed to Settings > Subscription > [Update Billing Information] or here: https://YOURCOMPANY.bitrix24.com/settings/order/make.php?updatecustomer=Y

  • How can I buy telephony credits to make web phone calls?

    To purchase telephony credits for your Bitrix24 Cloud account, please log in to your Bitrix24 account using the account owner credentials, then proceed to Telephony > Balance and Statistics > click "Add credits" > [select a credit pack]. Credit packs are available for $10, $30, or $50.

    When your Bitrix24 Telephony balance falls below $3.00, the auto-recharge option will automatically add funds to your account. The amount you first credit to your account will be the amount that will be topped up automatically (e.g. if you buy $10.00 of Bitrix24 Telephony credit, your account is re-charged with $10.00 when it falls below the threshold).

  • How can I buy a SIP Connector subscription?

    To make outgoing calls using your Bitrix24 SIP PBX, you need to buy a subscription for the SIP Connector module. To purchase a subscription for SIP Connector for your Bitrix24 Cloud account, please log in to your Bitrix24 account using the account owner credentials, then proceed to Telephony > Telephony settings > Connect SIP PBX > Buy the module to make outgoing calls.

  • What is the refund policy?

    Bitrix provides no refunds for Bitrix24 Cloud services. Bitrix24 is a pay-as-you-go service with commercial subscriptions billed every 1, 6, or 12 months. You can cancel the subscription at any time by notifying a Bitrix representative or the Bitrix Partner from whom you purchased your subscription so that you are not charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred according to the Terms of Service.

    Bitrix24 Self-hosted products are non-refundable either. We ask for your understanding that we cannot issue any refunds since a free 30-day trial version is provided, and since the commercial product version of the software is delivered with the full source code.

    We recommend that you to test our products using the free 30-day demo (Cloud version) or the 30-day trial (Self-hosted version) to make sure that the system works for you and to eliminate any possible refund requests. We believe that the 30-day trial (demo) period is enough to test Bitrix24 in the chosen environment thoroughly and to carry out an informed decision concerning purchase of our software.
